Before any treatment is provided (other than emergency services) a diagnosis should be made in order to establish the proper course of treatment. Therefore, the most important service we can provide for you is a thorough diagnosis based on a comprehensive exam.

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT:

After reviewing all of the diagnostic data, Dr. Swartz will sit down with you and provide you

with a written explanation and, if necessary, a comprehensive treatment plan explaining  what

steps you need to take to obtain optimum oral health. At this time Dr. Swartz can answer any

questions you may have and address any issues with which you are concerned.

Whatever services may be required, Dr. Swartz does not want to begin treatment until all

aspects (procedures, expected results, costs and potential complications) are completely

understood by both our office and the patient involved. This new patient experience provides

these answers and the best possible, long lasting result.
